Fair Value appraisals
My market value appraisals acc. § 194 BauBG, as part of my DEKRA certification, are court-enforceable. This means that they are recognized in court and at public offices (eg tax office) or in financing talks with banks.

Rural evaluation
The valuation of land in the outdoor area (§35 Building Code) is a special form of valuation. In rural areas, the land market deviates significantly in terms of its factors from the rest of the land market. This often leads to difficult-to-place tasks of valuation. The values for agricultural land used to be based on the respective management options.

Energy efficiency - increase in value through photovoltaic system
Photovoltaic systems convert solar energy into solar power for feeding into the public grid or in accumulators. Property valuation in Spain
But that seems Spanish to me. Compared to the German expert opinion, there are neither expert committees, nor purchase price collections or Mietspiegel in Spain. Especially with this background, a special regional expertise and overview of the regional real estate markets is necessary. For this reason, I only rate properties in the Castellon region, mainly in Alcossebre, Peniscola, Benicarlo and Vinaros.
