The valuation of land in the outdoor area (§35 Building Code) is a special form of valuation. In rural areas, the land market deviates significantly in terms of its factors from the rest of the land market. This often leads to difficult-to-place tasks of valuation. The values for agricultural land used to be based on the respective management options.

Property valuation in Spain

That seems to me spanish. Compared to the German expert opinion, there are neither expert committees, nor purchase price collections or Mietspiegel in Spain. Especially with this background, a special regional expertise and overview of the regional real estate markets is necessary. For this reason, I only rate properties in the Castellon region, mainly in Alcossebre, Peniscola, Benicarlo and Vinaros.
