Appraisal report

What is a market value report?

My market value appraisals, as part of my DEKRA certification, are court-proof. This means that they are recognized in court and at public offices (eg tax office) or in financing talks with banks. A detailed market value appraisal can make it easier for you to find the right price for an upcoming real estate sale, without having to call in a broker. It also serves as a basis for argumentation in upcoming sales talks. The processing time for a market value appraisal is usually 14 - 21 days.Note: Please note that I should have as up-to-date as possible for the preparation of market value appraisals. I can request these with a corresponding power of attorney from you also with the appropriate offices.
